We've been using Cali Power Wash for the past 8 years. They always do an A-1 job at a very competitive price. They mask off any outside devices to prevent water damage (communication enclosures, video doorbells, etc).

The Cali team arrived on time, reviewed the job to be completed and began the task. They were efficient and through. After it was completed, they asked me to walk and inspect their work, as they were more than happy to complete a “do over” on any spots I might ask them to do.

I arrived to Dover to visit my mother after not being here for 7 years. The outside of her home was "green with moss" and she was not sure how to get it cleaned since my father passed away. Well I did my research and found a local company (small and family owned and run), Cali Power Washing. I spoke with Dan and liked his pricing and professionalism, so I hired him.

Cali Power Washing did an amazing job on my house and 3 porches. I wish I had gotten before & after pictures. I will say there was ALOT of green, especially on handrails/ spindles prior to their services.
